Gordon Head Roof Repair

Happy Saturday,

We would like to share a roof repair we recently completed in Gordon Head. The residential roof had a leaking flapper vent. The original installation wasn't up to code as the nails on the flapper vent were too close to the seams on an asphalt shingle. After finding the cause of the leak we were able to successfully complete the repair in the same day (Pictures of the repair below).
